CrowdStrike hires new GC ahead of IPO
Sunnyvale-based cybersecurity company CrowdStrike has hired Laurel Finch to lead its legal team as the company’s chief legal officer.
Sunnyvale-based cybersecurity company CrowdStrike Inc. has hired Laurel H. Finch as its new chief legal officer. She will oversee all legal and compliance matters for the company and help with CrowdStrike’s initial public offering.
