Pepperdine president takes stand in Title IX case

Plaintiffs’ attorneys argued that testimony from administrators showed a discriminatory culture.

LOS ANGELES — Plaintiffs’ attorneys pressed Pepperdine University President Andrew K. Benton about an allegedly discriminatory campus culture as he took the stand Friday in a Title IX lawsuit filed by two former students.
