Judicial Council allocates budget, isn’t happy about it

SAN FRANCISCO — The Judicial Council allocated the $1.85 billion the governor approved for the courts for the coming year and signed off on a 2018-19 Budget Change Proposal it hopes will highlight what it says are its chronic funding shortages.
