It’s back! Iskanian returns with question of replacing PAGA plaintiff mid-case
Arshavir Iskanian’s 11-year-old wage and hour lawsuit has a second run, but this time without Iskanian himself.
Tanja Darrow, a shareholder at Littler Mendelson PC who represents CLS Transportation, will argue against plaintiff’s attorney Glenn Danas of Capstone APC before a 2nd District Court of Appeal panel over the fate of the Iskanian case.
