OC public defender tries again to reopen death penalty hearing

An attorney trying to get the death penalty dismissed for his client is again seeking to reopen a nearly two-month hearing.

SANTA ANA — A public defender trying to get the death penalty dismissed in Orange County’s deadliest mass murderer is again seeking to reopen the nearly two-month hearing, citing reporting by the Daily Journal.
