California plaintiff employment lawyers skeptical of fired Google engineer’s claims
The lawyer for the Google engineer and gender memo writer is likely to come outside of the ranks of California employment lawyers.
James Damore might sue Google for firing him after the software engineer said his employer ignores biological differences that may account for few women in tech leadership roles.
But Damore’s lawyer would probably come from outside the ranks of California’s established plaintiffs’ employment lawyers, some of those attorneys said Wednesday.
