Riverside prosecutor cleared of State Bar charges

Two State Bar charges against a Riverside County deputy district attorney were recently dismissed.

A Riverside County prosecutor has been cleared of State Bar charges that he violated court orders, according to a decision posted recently on the bar’s website.

State Bar Court Judge Yvette D. Roland dismissed with prejudice the two counts of misconduct brought against Jerry Steven Morgan. Roland’s decision, filed on July 31, exonerated the deputy district attorney following a four-day trial earlier this year.
