State Bar’s union ‘dismayed’ about incoming executive director

The employees’ union issued a statement Thursday highly critical of Chief Operating Officer Leah Wilson, who will replace Elizabeth Rindskopf Parker as CEO.

Leah Wilson is to become executive director of the State Bar following the resignation of Elizabeth Rindskopf Parker, who led the agency for nearly two years.

The State Bar employees’ union said Thursday it is “dismayed” that Chief Operating Officer Leah Wilson will be the agency’s next executive director and is concerned that the bar won’t be able to fulfill its mission of protecting the public under her.
