‘Walking Dead’ creative team members sue for profits

The dispute centers on how AMC Studios produced the show.

Four creative team members behind the hit zombie TV series “The Walking Dead” claim that AMC Studios Inc. has intentionally underpaid its own network to reduce the payout owed to the show’s profit participants.

Robert Kirkman, the creator of the comic book on which the show is based, and several of the show’s producers claimed in a lawsuit filed Monday that the alleged underpayment is a breach of AMC’s contractual obligations.
