Judge threatens to make Uber attorneys testify about discovery tactics
A federal judge said Wednesday he would consider compelling attorneys for Uber Technologies Inc. to testify at trial about how they handled discovery if they continue to miss deadlines for sharing information with Waymo LLC or are found to have been dishonest about the evidence they have.
