The state Supreme Court has appointed outgoing State Bar President James Fox to another three-year term on the State Bar’s board of trustees, the court announced Thursday.
The court also appointed Hailyn Chen, a litigation partner at Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP, to the agency’s board.
Fox’s one-year term as president will conclude early next month, and his new term on the board will begin Sept....
