Judge tosses UCLA Title IX gender harassment claim, keeps age claims

Whether or not “experienced” implies a snub about a person’s age is for a jury to decide.

LOS ANGELES — A federal judge Thursday dismissed gender harassment, retaliation and defamation claims filed against UCLA by one of its former doctors, but declined to dismiss claims based on age discrimination and harassment.
