The Commission on Judicial Performance said the San Diego jurist committed 29 acts of judicial misconduct.

San Diego County Superior Court Judge Gary Kreep.

The state’s judicial watchdog issued a “severe public censure” of San Diego County Superior Court Judge Gary G. Kreep on Thursday due to 29 acts of judicial misconduct, but it decided not to remove him from the bench.
