StubHub trade secrets suit survives motion to dismiss

Though several claims against StubHub were dismissed, a trade secrets misappropriation claim remains.

A federal judge has dismissed part of a lawsuit filed against StubHub Inc. over code allegedly lifted from another company’s application, but left the trade secrets misappropriation claim at the heart of the matter intact.
