State Bar replaces its CFO after scam
Former Chief Financial Officer Christine Wong fell victim to a phishing scam.
The State Bar has replaced its chief financial officer after she fell for a spear-phishing scam and lost $18,500 of bar money this spring.
The bar confirmed Monday that it has retained Kevin W. Harper as an interim CFO in place of Christine Wong, who remains with the agency in a lesser role.
