SEC sues investment adviser over defrauding client

The Securities and Exchange Commission says investment adviser Jeremy Drake defrauded “a high-profile professional athlete” and his wife using an alias and false documents.

An investment adviser who the Securities and Exchange Commission said assumed a false identity and used fabricated documents has been sued for defrauding a client.
