Prosecutor says defense’s explanations for PAC donations are insufficient

A prosecutor criticized the defense’s closing arguments for glossing over important facts and failing to explain supposedly clean PAC donations in rebuttal during a seven-month trial in which county officials are accused of a bribery conspiracy.
