Private jet suit between high-flying lawyers takes off

A lawsuit between two prominent Los Angeles attorneys has taken off, with plaintiff’s lawyer Brian Kabateck suing long-time business partner and celebrity criminal defense attorney, Mark Geragos, over a private jet they jointly own.

Kabateck alleges Geragos is refusing to pay any of his past due balances for use of the jet, and says Geragos continues to owe almost $60,000 with regard to expenses for use of the jet.
