State Bar employees’ union schedules strike authorization vote
The union said it is frustrated by the lack of progress with contract negotiations
Frustrated by the state of contract negotiations, the State Bar employees’ union has scheduled a vote Wednesday that would grant its leadership the authority to call a strike if necessary.
“The two sides are still very far apart,” said Kim Kasreliovich, the union’s Los Angeles president. “We are disappointed we have not seen more progress over the last eight months of negotiations.”
