MURPHY
Gayle Murphy, the State Bar’s senior director for admissions, said Friday she plans to retire after about 37 years at the agency.
The admissions department oversees the administration of the bar exam, and the announcement of Murphy’s departure comes as the bar has been considering whether to recommend that the passing score on the test be changed.
