Irell’s next managing partner plans to make few changes

LOS ANGELES — Ellisen Turner was elected managing partner of Irell & Manella LLP to replace Andrei Iancu who was nomiated to head the U.S. patent office.

Turner said he doesn’t expect to make many changes at the firm, except to expand Jason Linder’s global investigations and anti-corruption practice.

“Our goal is going to be the same,” Turner said.
