Events set to honor Northern District judge who focused on case management
SCHWARZER
Three law clerks of the late U.S. District Judge William Schwarzer said his efforts for more focused case management, discovery and summary judgment greatly improved civil practice in the federal courts over what it had been 40 years ago, when he arrived.
