Travel data company names former Yahoo lawyer as GC
Sojern Inc. hires former Yahoo Inc. attorney to be general counsel as it eyes international expansion.

Travel data and media services company Sojern Inc. has appointed former Yahoo Inc. attorney Paul D. Huie as general counsel and senior vice president of corporate development.
Huie took over a small legal team Aug. 1 and will spearhead the company’s legal endeavors as it expands internationally.
“Paul’s appointment affirms our growth strategy of launching new products and new markets,” said Sojern CEO Mark Rabe in a statement.
