James M. Finberg of Altshuler Berzon LLP and Kelly M. Dermody of Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein LLP have filed a class action alleging systemic gender-based pay discrimination at Alphabet Inc.-owned Google.

Google’s pay, promotion and job advancement policies discriminate against women, alleges a class action filed Thursday in San Francisco County Superior Court.
