Cedars-Sinai sues Kuwait embassy over unpaid bills

Cedars-Sinai Medical Center sued the Embassy of the State of Kuwait for allegedly refusing to pay millions of dollars in medical bills, violating a long-standing agreement between the two parties that allowed Kuwaiti nationals to receive medical treatment, including organ transplants, in Los Angeles.
