State appellate court reverses verdict for LAPD officers who killed man

A 2nd District Court of Appeal panel reversed a nearly $4 million verdict Thursday in favor of two Los Angeles Police Department officers, both Hispanic, who sued for discrimination and retaliation after they shot and killed an unarmed, autistic African-American man.
