State Supreme Court seeks comment on bar exam score

The comments on the bar exam passing standard will be accepted through Oct. 2.

The state Supreme Court is accepting comment through Oct. 2 on the State Bar’s report recommending three options be considered for the passing score on the bar exam.

The bar submitted a report Wednesday suggesting the court consider reducing the passing standard to 141.4 or 139, in addition to maintaining the existing standard of 144.
