Nossaman LLP public pension attorney Michael V. Toumanoff has died at 64.
TOUMANOFF
Public pension attorney Michael V. Toumanoff, who spent much of his 35-year legal career advising and representing public retirement systems, died Sept. 13 after a long battle with cancer. He was 64.
“He was one of the foremost public pension attorneys in both California and the nation,” said Ashley K. Dunning, the co-chair of the public pension and investments practice group at Nossaman LLP who worked with Toumanoff for 12 years. ...
