State Bar releases proposals made to employees’ union
The agency said it has offered a retiree health benefit for the first time and other measures worth $5.5 million.

State Bar Executive Director Leah Wilson on Tuesday disclosed the proposals management made to the employees’ union in collective bargaining, including what she said was the first offer of a retiree health benefit for union members in the agency’s history.
