One defendant settles in coffee—cancer link case
One defendant company settled Monday in the midst of trial over labeling coffee as containing a carcinogen.

LOS ANGELES — One defendant settled Monday in the midst of a trial over whether warning labels alleging a cancer risk are required on coffee products, said the lead plaintiff’s attorney.
