Ticketmaster sues alleged ‘botters’
The companies accused of misconduct had previously been targeted in New York.
Three companies that promised to stop using automated bots to buy and resell tickets at inflated prices have continued to use them in breach of a settlement with the New York attorney general’s office, according to a lawsuit filed by Ticketmaster LLC in the Central District of California.
