LOS ANGELES -- Beverly Reid O'Connell, an ebullient and tireless federal judge on the Central District, has died. She was 52.
O'Connell suffered a brain aneurysm on Sept. 15 at the First Street Federal Courthouse in Los Angeles. She never recovered and passed on Sunday.
