A State Bar Court judge recommended a one-year minimum suspension, double what the State Bar’s attorney had requested, for an Orange County deputy district attorney accused of suppressing exculpatory evidence in a child abuse case.

Judge Yvette D. Roland said prosecutor Sandra Lee Nassar’s own testimony — that she believes everything she did was right — was a severe aggravating factor in the decision.
