Bar committee rejects blue-ribbon panel proposal to study exam

The Committee of Bar Examiners wants its own working group to review the licensing test.

The Committee of Bar Examiners rejected a proposal to ask the state Supreme Court to establish a blue ribbon task force to evaluate the content, format and design of the bar exam.

Instead, the committee approved a motion Friday to create its own working group to review those issues.
