“Tough but fair” Fresno Superior Court commissioner Brant K. Bramer has died.
BRAMER
Retired Fresno County Superior Court Commissioner Brant K. Bramer, who served for more than 16 years on the bench, died suddenly Sept. 28. He was 60.
Bramer suffered a heart attack while exercising, according to family members and friends.
