Oil and gas companies remove climate change suits to federal court

Just as they did against three previous climate change-related cases filed against them in state courts, major oil and gas companies have removed lawsuits filed by the cities of San Francisco and Oakland to federal court, which has proven to be unfriendly to such causes of action.
