Loyola’s Project for the Innocent receives federal grant

The $223,500 award will fund additional staff for the Loyola Law School initiative.

Loyola Law School’s Project for the Innocent has been awarded a $223,500 grant from the U.S. Department of Justice to advance its work.

The grant, secured through a competitive process, will allow the project to hire additional staff to investigate and litigate on behalf of defendants who believe they were wrongfully convicted.
