Former Morgan Stanley executive alleges disability harassment
A former executive from the company’s LA office says she was demoted after returning from medical leave, while the company denies the allegation.

A former executive is suing Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC, alleging wrongful termination and disability harassment, while the company denies that she was subjected to any improper conduct.
