Uber snags PepsiCo GC, former Department of Justice attorney as chief legal officer
A former DOJ attorney and GC for PepsiCo will navigate Uber’s legal hurdles.

Tony West, head of the U.S. Department of Justice’s civil division under President Barack Obama, will be the chief legal officer at Uber Technologies Inc., the company confirmed Friday.
West, who is currently general counsel at PepsiCo Inc., will assume the new post next month. He will replace Salle E.Y. Yoo, who announced in September her plans to resign.
