Justice Department warns California cities about sanctuary policies

The U.S. Department of Justice on Wednesday sent letters to 29 jurisdictions nationwide, including 12 cities and counties in California, notifying them that their policies on limiting cooperation with federal immigration authorities may not comply with federal law.
