Veteran prosecutor becomes interim US attorney in San Diego

Adam L. Braverman, a candidate for nomination to the Southern District U.S. attorney’s post, has been named to do the job temporarily.

SAN DIEGO — Veteran prosecutor Adam L. Braverman was sworn in Thursday as interim U.S. attorney for the Southern District of California, and is a candidate for the permanent position, the Department of Justice said.
