Harry Pregerson, liberal lion of the 9th Circuit, dies

Harry Pregerson, a 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals judge known for his liberal jurisprudence and concern for the disadvantaged, died Saturday at his Woodland Hills home with his family. He was 94.

Harry Pregerson, a lion of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals judge known for his liberal jurisprudence and advocacy for the downtrodden, is dead. Pregerson, who was 94, died Saturday at his Woodland Hills home with his family.
