Judge dismisses child pornography charges after suppressing evidence
The judge said the image of a naked girl wearing a collar was legal erotica, not pornography, and didn’t depict bondage.

A federal judge has dismissed child pornography charges against a prominent Orange County doctor six months after suppressing evidence because the judge found an FBI agent had falsely described an image of a naked girl on her hands and knees wearing a collar as pornography.
