The State Bar charged a Danville attorney with misappropriating $400,000 in settlement funds, according to a news release.
The Dec. 4 complaint alleges William J. Reed represented a number of ranching families in lawsuits against Pacific Gas and Electric Co. following property damage in the 2006 Zamora Fire, and won $200,000 each for two clients.
