Plaintiffs’ counsel named for Wells Fargo auto insurance litigation

A federal judge has named the liaison counsel, co-lead counsel and members of the plaintiffs’ steering committee for the Wells Fargo multidistrict litigation concerning an alleged fraudulent auto insurance scheme now pending in a California district court.

A federal judge has named the liaison counsel, co-lead counsel and members of the plaintiffs’ steering committee for the Wells Fargo multidistrict litigation concerning an allegedly fraudulent auto insurance scheme pending in a federal court in Orange County.

U.S. District Judge Andrew J. Guilford, who is presiding over the litigation, made the appointments Dec. 11.
