Womble Bond to acquire Blakely Sokoloff and its 24 lawyers
Womble Bond Dickinson announced Wednesday that it will acquire California-based IP firm Blakely Sokoloff Taylor & Zafman LLP, adding 24 lawyers and patent agents across offices in Los Angeles, Costa Mesa and Sunnyvale.
