A San Francisco federal judge has rejected a defense bid to dismiss an antitrust lawsuit alleging price fixing in the South Korean ramen noodle market, allowing the case to move forward.
U.S. District Judge William H. Orrick rejected motions by Ottogi Co. Ltd. and Nongshim Co. Ltd.’to dismiss conspiracy claims made in a lawsuit filed on the behalf of American buyers, food merchants and merchandisers.
