SeaWorld says discovery requests are wasteful

In a response to discovery demands in a shareholder suit, SeaWorld Entertainment Inc. argued they have already provided enough documentation.

In a response to discovery demands in a shareholder suit against SeaWorld Entertainment Inc., defense attorneys argued they have already provided enough documentation of communication between company officials, and called the work to meet plaintiffs’ demands an “unnecessary, wasteful exercise.”

Attorneys for the amusement park said they have provided “key” documents to the plaintiffs, which is enough.
