U.S. Attorney Brian Stretch will leave his post in the Northern District by the end of the week to join Sidley Austin LLP in San Francisco as a partner in its white-collar practice, the firm announced Wednesday.
U.S. Attorney Brian Stretch will leave his post in the Northern District by the end of the week to join Sidley Austin LLP in San Francisco as a partner in its white-collar practice, the firm announced Wednesday.
He will cover a wide range of federal enforcement matters and internal investigations, including criminal defense and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
