Federal courts announce harassment review panel, sans current or recent former clerks
After the federal judiciary’s administrative branch announced Friday who would review the U.S. courts’ internal policies governing clerkships and the reporting of inappropriate workplace behavior, attorneys who initially wrote a letter to the chief justice requesting scrutiny of those rules expressed disappointment that no current and recent former clerks are on the panel.
